OnlyFans not working? Common problems and how to fix them
Step-by-step fixes for common OnlyFans problems: login errors, videos that will not play, pages that will not load, declined payments and creator profiles that disappeared.

OnlyFans runs in your browser, so most problems come from the browser, the connection or the bank, not the site. Work through the quick checks first; they solve the majority of issues.
Quick checks for any problem
- Reload the page, then try a private or incognito window.
- Try a different browser or device.
- Clear the cookies and cached data for OnlyFans only, then log in again.
- Turn off browser extensions such as ad blockers for the site.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Problems and fixes
| Problem | Likely cause | Try this |
|---|---|---|
| Cannot log in | Wrong password, or the two-step code expired | Reset the password from the login page; check the time on your phone is set automatically |
| Endless captcha or verification loop | Extensions, VPN or blocked cookies | Allow cookies for the site, disable extensions, try without a VPN |
| Videos will not play | Old browser, slow connection or a blocker | Update the browser, use Wi-Fi, disable extensions |
| Page loads blank | Cached data or a browser bug | Clear site data or use a private window |
| Card declined | Bank blocks the payment | See our payments guide |
| Bought content not showing | Delay or display glitch | Check your messages and purchases list; contact support if it is missing |
| Not getting notifications | Browser permissions | Allow notifications for the site in your browser settings |
| Age or identity check required | Local rules where you live | Follow the on-screen steps; requirements depend on your country |
A creator’s page has disappeared
If a link to a creator suddenly shows an error, it is usually one of these:
- The username changed. Creators sometimes rebrand. Their social profiles usually link to the new page.
- The page is paused or deleted by the creator.
- The page is not available in your country. Some creators block certain regions.
- The account was suspended by OnlyFans.
In this directory we refresh profiles regularly, and pages that are gone are removed from the listing. If you notice a broken page here before we do, our contact page is the place to tell us.
Account security problems
If you see purchases you did not make, or your email or password was changed:
- Reset your password from the login page.
- Turn on two-step verification.
- Remove saved cards you do not recognise and check your bank statement.
- Contact OnlyFans support with the details.
OnlyFans support will never ask for your password or full card number. Messages that do are phishing; see scams to avoid.
Still stuck?
Use the help and support section in your OnlyFans account menu. Describe the problem, the device and browser you use, and attach a screenshot of the error. That gets a faster answer than a vague report.
Questions people ask
Why won’t OnlyFans videos play?
Usually an outdated browser, a slow connection or an extension blocking the player. Update the browser, use Wi-Fi and disable extensions for the site.
Why can’t I find a creator any more?
They may have changed their username, paused the page, blocked your region or been suspended. Their social profiles often link to the new page.
Why does OnlyFans keep asking me to verify?
Verification steps depend on your country’s rules and on security checks. Allow cookies, disable extensions and follow the prompts.
